【商品名称】腰痛宁胶囊
【剂型】胶囊剂
【成份】马钱子粉（调制）、土鳖虫、麻黄、乳香、没药、川牛膝、全蝎、僵蚕、苍术、甘草。
【性状】本品为胶囊剂，内容物为黄棕色至黄褐色的粉末；气微香，味微苦。
【适应症】消肿止痛，疏散寒邪，温经通络。用于腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎增生症、坐骨神经痛、腰肌劳损、腰肌纤维炎、慢性风湿关节炎。
【用法用量】黄酒兑少量温开水送服。一次4—6粒，一日1次。睡前半小时服或遵医嘱。
【禁忌】1.孕妇、小儿及心脏病患者禁服。2.风湿热体湿37.5°C以上应慎服或采用其它抗风湿治疗，合并高血压23/13Kpa（170/100mmHg）不宜应用。3.脑溢血后遗症及脑血栓形成的后遗症偏瘫患者试服时遵医嘱。4.注意癫痫患者忌服。
